[育兒的喜悅] 開學了，怎麼辦？

　　悠長暑期終於結束，又是收拾心情重返校園的時候。不少爸媽都為此感到惆悵，心情就如過山車般，從高峰滑落到谷底，原來輕鬆愉快的親子關係蕩然無存，怎麼辦呢？

一）聆聽孩子的不安

　　享受了長達七星期的假期，突然要轉換心情，孩子或多或少都有不安。不安愈大，對開學的抗拒就會大。這個時候，孩子需要一個聆聽者，這個聆聽者就是他們的「救星」——許多時候，他們希望有一個聆聽者，一個全然接受他們，無論他們的想法有多荒唐——這個人就是他們處理不安的「救星」了！爸爸、媽媽，你願意做孩子的「救星」嗎？

二）與孩子一起面對開學

　　不少爸媽為了讓孩子獨立起來，於是不斷灌輸孩子一個觀念：讀書是你的責任，開學的事情你應該自己處理，這是你的責任！

　　這個其實沒有不妥，而且是很正確的方向。可是，當孩子無法處理開學的事情，或表現得不理想時，家長就會加以責備，又或者以「置之不理」的態度，希望孩子可以自己尋找方法去完成開學的任務。

　　事實上，培養孩子的自理能力並不代表家長不用花功課，就由孩子自己去做；反而家長的參與會更加多，只不過是後退了一步，看看孩子做甚麼？為甚麼這樣做？甚至是，留意他們為甚麼做不下去，在適當的時候伸出緩手。

三）你輕鬆，我輕鬆

　　其實，大部份的孩子都可以輕鬆面對開學的。他們不安，因為爸媽先不安；他們緊張，因為爸媽先緊張。學習壓力愈來愈大，是無可置疑的；既然來自學校的壓力也如此大了，在家裡有需要增添孩子的壓力嗎？

　　學習是一件很美好的事情，它可以像放暑期一樣有趣且令人期待。以迎接暑期的心情來迎接開學，輕輕鬆鬆進入一個新階段，讓所有對新學年的不安轉變成好奇心，與孩子一起發掘新學年有趣的人與事。

　　開學，再也不可怕了！
